Description

Lim-Tec Right Angle Gearbox

Includes long-life grease; maintenance-free.

Lim-Tec provides professional bevel gear steering gearboxes to a wide range of customers. These gearboxes utilize imported, high-precision helical bevel gears, enabling output and input shafts to be arranged horizontally‑vertically or vertically‑vertically, with configurations supporting one‑to‑one, one‑to‑two, one‑to‑three, two‑to‑one, and two‑to‑two ratios for both speed and torque. Reduction ratios include 1:1, 2:1, 3.15:1, 4:1, and 5:1. Output torques range from 5 Nm to 6,000 Nm, and the input and output shafts can be integrated as hollow shafts with motor flanges. The gears undergo carburizing hardening and precision grinding to ensure smooth, high‑speed operation, with backlash as low as 10 arcminutes, and input speeds up to 3,000 rpm.
