Lim-Tec Screw Jack
Lim-Tec stainless steel screw jack is specially for anticorrosive special requirements of the papermaking, food, chemical and other industries ,Lim-Tec have the whole series of KV stainless steel screw jack, are adapted stainless steel material,SS316 , SS304, SS329 , contains all the metal parts (except for worm wheel nut) : box, worm, screw, gland, tail cover, etc., containing choice of stainless steel screw nut and so on, we provide the overall qualified stainless steel screw jack.
◆ Includes the KVL(K) 60, 85, 100, and 120 series
◆ Load capacity: 5–20 tons
◆ Entirely constructed from stainless steel SS316 (SS304, SS329, and other grades are also available)
◆ Includes the housing, gland, end cover, worm gear, lead screw, standard components, and more.
◆ The worm gear or nut is made of tin bronze.
◆ Application areas: food, papermaking, outdoor industries, and more
◆ Classified by installation method: base‑mounted KVL series, trunnion‑mounted KVK series.
◆ Classified by motion type: screw‑driven KVL(K)-S series and nut‑driven KVL(K)-R series.
